Slack is a place to talk to your assistants without leaving the tool your team already uses. Mention an assistant in a channel or message it directly. It posts progress in the thread, and Approve and Reject buttons appear there when work needs you.
Create a Slack app from the ready-made StellarFirm app description at stellarfirm.ai/slack-app-manifest.json (in Slack, choose Create New App, then From a manifest).
Create an app-level token with permission to connect, then install the app to your Slack workspace.
Copy the two tokens Slack gives you: the workspace token and the app-level token.
Open Integrations and pick Slack, paste both tokens, and press Connect.
Slack does not change what needs your Approve. Anything that sends, deploys, charges, publishes, or creates still waits for you, or for what your house rules allow.
Your token stays with your StellarFirm workspace and is never shown back to you. The page shows only that it is connected.
Start with a private channel for your assistants so your team sees only what you intend.
Until Slack opens, do the same things in the StellarFirm chat and on the Approvals page.
