Mixpanel is a product analytics tool. Once you connect it, the Product owner can check how a feature is used, how a funnel converts, and whether an experiment moved a metric, before deciding what goes on the backlog.

What assistants can do#
Mixpanel connects through Mixpanel's own hosted server.

Setup (when it opens)#
- An organization admin turns on MCP in Mixpanel under Settings, Org, Overview.
- Create a service account under Organization Settings, Service Accounts, with access to the project the assistants should read.
- Open Integrations in StellarFirm and pick Mixpanel.
- Paste the service account's secret and its username, switch on the live option, and press Connect.
- If your project keeps its data in Europe or India, use that region's server address from Mixpanel's docs.
Permissions#
- The service account's role decides what the assistant can read. Give it access to one project only.
- Nothing here waits for an Approve because nothing is changed from chat.
- Mixpanel allows a limited number of requests an hour, so ask focused questions.
