Sign in

Sign in to StellarFirm with the account you were invited with. Sign-up is not open yet, so join the waitlist and wait for your invitation.

You use StellarFirm with an account. Every page of the app needs one, and the same account works on the web app and the desktop app.

Sign in#

  1. Open stellarfirm.ai/sign-in.
  2. Enter the email address your invitation was sent to and follow the steps on the page.
  3. After you sign in, you land in the app at stellarfirm.ai/app, on the chat.

Sign-in is a full page, not a pop-up. If you open an app page while signed out, StellarFirm sends you to the sign-in page first and brings you back after.

No account yet?#

To get in:

  1. Go to the StellarFirm home page and join the waitlist.
  2. Wait for your invitation by email.
  3. Open the invitation link. It takes you to the account form, where you finish creating your account.
  4. From then on, sign in at /sign-in.

Use the same email address on the waitlist as the one you want to sign in with, so your invitation reaches you.

What you see after signing in#

The app opens on the chat. Around it you will find the screens you use most.

The trial or licence check#

Signing in is not quite enough on its own. After you sign in, StellarFirm checks that your account has an active trial or a licence. If it does, you go straight into the app. If it does not, you see a message instead of the app and the assistants stay idle. Write to us through the Support page if that message looks wrong for your account.

Sign out#

Open your account menu in the side rail and choose Sign out. Signing out ends your session on that browser or desktop app. Sign back in at any time with the same account.

Trouble signing in#

"I never got an invitation."Check your spam folder, then confirm you used the same email on the waitlist.
The invitation link does not work.Open it in the browser where you want to use StellarFirm. If it still fails, ask support for a new one.
I forgot how I signed in.Use the same email address your invitation was sent to, and follow the help on the sign-in page.
I am signed in but see a trial or licence message.Your account may not have an active trial or licence yet. Contact support.
The page keeps sending me back to sign-in.Allow cookies for stellarfirm.ai, then try again.
