Privacy and security
How StellarFirm handles your data and keeps you in control: privacy choices, private workspaces, token handling, and approvals for risky steps.
On this page
You hand real work to your assistants, so you should know what they can see, what they can do, and what you can switch off. This section covers it in plain words.
The short version#
| Promise | What it means |
|---|---|
| You decide what is risky. | Anything that sends, deploys, charges, publishes, or creates waits for your Approve, unless your house rules allow it. |
| Workspaces are private. | Each assistant works in its own computer, kept apart from the others. |
| Tokens stay hidden. | Tokens you create for integrations are stored with your workspace and never shown back to you. |
| Access is limited. | Network access from a workspace is limited to an allowlist. |
| You can see and change what is kept. | Conversation text and analytics have switches in Settings, and you can edit or delete what your assistants remember. |
| Sign-in is required. | Every page of the app needs a signed-in account. |
