Farms and agtech
Plan the season before the weather decides it for you
Farming runs on dates, weather, and numbers that move. The Agronomist keeps them in one place: it builds a farm profile from what you tell it, lays out each field, and shows the source or the assumption behind every figure. Product rates and legal limits stay with your adviser and the label. You approve every order and filing.
Field by field
A season plan for an agronomist to review
- Your farm, field by field
- The plan, the watch, and the numbers
- Where you approve the order or the filing
Nothing is sent or shipped unless you asked for it or approved it, and money always asks.
The Agronomist lays out, calculates, and drafts. A licensed adviser confirms product rates and legal limits, and you approve every order and filing.

Illustrated workflow
01 / Set a goal
Set a goal
You say what done looks like: a ticket, a client, a deadline, or a draft.
How it works
From a goal to a result.
- 01
Set a goal
You say what done looks like: a ticket, a client, a deadline, or a draft.
- 02
The team works
The assistants take the goal, use the ready prompts and skills, and do the work in the tools you connected.
- 03
You approve the risky step
Anything that sends, publishes, ships, or charges waits for your Approve. Approve a kind of step once and that assistant remembers it, but money always asks. You are the CEO.
- 04
You get the result
A farm profile, a crop plan, a watering schedule, a nutrient budget, or a margin table for you to edit.
Example
Send the seed order to your supplier
It sends to people, so it asks first.
The team
You, and the assistants.
You, the CEO
You decide what is planted, sprayed, bought, and filed, and you approve every order and application.
Agronomist
Builds a farm profile, lays out crops and rotations with sowing and harvest windows, watches the weather for each field, and schedules irrigation. Reads soil tests and drafts the nutrient plan, keeps the scouting log, reads the satellite, drone, and sensor files you attach, and works out margin and break-even. Follows market quotes with their dates, keeps the records an inspector asks for, and drafts grant applications from your facts. It never gives a pesticide, veterinary, or legal rate as final advice and never invents a figure.
Features
What it does for the farm
Field by field
Each field gets its crop, its window, and the reason, worked from your frost dates, soil, and last three seasons.
Shows its working
Every figure carries its source and date or is marked as an assumption, with the formula next to it.
Reads your own data
Soil tests, field maps, and satellite, drone, or sensor exports you attach. It has no live imagery feed of its own and says so.
Knows where it stops
Product rates, treatments, and legal limits are confirmed by the label, a licensed adviser, a vet, or the authority, and it tells you which.

Built in
What your assistants can use.
Its own computer
Each assistant works on its own computer in StellarFirm cloud, set up with the tools its job needs, and hands you the files.
Pages and documents beside the chat
A page, chart, table, document or picture an assistant makes opens beside the chat, so you can check it while the work goes on.
Everything it makes, in one Library
Every page, document, app and file your assistants make is kept in one Library. You file them by topic and kind, and the Library never deletes a file.
Roles you make yourself
Name a role we don't ship, say what it does and give it any of our skills or your own. Comes with Ultra and enterprise.
