Turn your idea into an app with AI Agents
Hand the idea to AI Agents that plan it, build it in your own code repository and bring it back to you to ship. That is what StellarFirm does for founders and small teams: you describe the idea in chat, the Coder builds it in its own private workspace, runs the tests and drafts a pull request, and anything that sends, deploys or publishes waits for your Approve.
Four ways to build an app with AI
| Way | What you do | What you get | Who gives the final go |
|---|---|---|---|
| StellarFirm AI Agents | Share the idea in chat, as the CEO | Tested code in your own GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket repository, as a pull request | You. Anything that sends, deploys or publishes waits for Approve |
| An AI app builder | Prompt the app in a chat until it looks right | A fast first version, usually inside the builder's own editor | Usually you, with one click inside the builder |
| An AI coding assistant in your editor | Write, read and review the code yourself | Faster coding, if you already code | You, as the developer |
| Hiring a developer or an agency | Write a brief, hire, and manage the work | Custom work, after a hiring or contracting cycle | You, through the person you hired |
How it works with StellarFirm
1
Connect your code
Connect GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket. Your code stays in your own repository.
2
Share the idea
Tell your CEO assistant what you want in chat. It briefs the Coder, and the Coder asks you when something is vague.
3
The Coder builds it
It works in its own private workspace with a terminal and a browser, runs the tests and shows you the exact changes.
4
You give the final go
It pushes a branch and drafts a pull request after your Approve. Shipping follows your house rules.
Who it is for
Founders and small teams with an idea and no developer yet, developers who want more shipped, and agencies that build sites and apps for clients. You do not write the code yourself.
Available today
The Coder is the AI Agent Assistant available today. Other assistants are planned and are not available yet. StellarFirm runs in your browser, with a desktop app for Mac and Windows in early access. Access starts from the waitlist.
Questions
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No. You describe what you want, and the Coder writes the code, runs the tests and shows you the changes. You approve before anything goes out.
- How is this different from an AI app builder?
- An app builder usually makes the app inside its own tool. StellarFirm's AI Agents work on your own repository the way a developer does: a branch, tested changes and a pull request you approve.
- Where does my code live?
- In your own GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket repository. The Coder clones it into its own private workspace to work on it.
- What does it cost?
- Assistant work uses StellarFirm credits, and new accounts start with free credits. This site does not publish prices.
