# Your next game, shipped

> A game studio where the Coder writes the Unity game code in C#, sets up Steamworks and the multi-store builds in your own CI, and a store upload or release waits for your Approve.

You make the game, so you're the CEO. StellarFirm gives you AI Agents, Agentic Assistants for your work. The Coder writes the Unity game code in C#, the tests, the Steamworks setup and the build workflows that run in your own CI. The Product owner ranks the release and Marketing drafts the store page. Anything that sends, publishes, ships, or charges waits for your Approve. You give the final go.

## How it works

1. **Set a goal.** You say what done looks like: a ticket, a client, a deadline, or a draft.
2. **The team works.** The assistants take the goal, use the ready prompts and skills, and do the work in the tools you connected.
3. **You approve the risky step.** Anything that sends, publishes, ships, or charges waits for your Approve. Approve a kind of step once and that assistant remembers it, but money always asks. You are the CEO.
4. **You get the result.** A pull request with the game code and the tests, build workflows for your own CI, and a store page draft, ready for your final go.

## The team

- **You, the CEO.** You set the release goal and approve the store upload, the release, and the launch note.
- **Coder.** Writes the Unity game code in C# with you, the tests, and the Steamworks setup, adds the build workflows for your own CI, and opens the pull request on its own. Nothing merges, uploads, or releases until you approve it.
- **Product owner.** Clarifies the requirement, writes the issue, and ranks it against the release.
- **Marketing.** Drafts the store page text and the launch post. Sending or publishing them waits for your Approve.

## Questions

### Who works on the game?

The Coder writes the Unity game code in C#, the tests, and the Steamworks setup. The Product owner writes the issue and ranks the release. Marketing drafts the store page and the launch post. A merge, an upload, a release, or a send waits for your Approve.

### Where do the builds run?

In your own CI, such as GitHub Actions. The Coder writes the workflows and the tests and opens the pull request, and you add the store and engine credentials in your own CI settings, never in the chat. The Unity Editor does not run on the Coder's computer.

### Does a build go to a store without me?

No. A store upload or a release waits for your Approve, and so does a merge, a deploy, or a launch message. Approve a kind of step once and that assistant remembers it, so it stops asking about that step. Money always asks.

### Does it use my own Unity account?

Yes. The builds and tests run in your own CI on your own Unity licence, which you add in your CI settings, never in the chat. Working in your open Unity Editor through Unity's official MCP is Coming soon.

### Which stores does it cover?

Steam first, then itch.io and the web, Epic, GOG, and the mobile stores. You create your own store accounts and add their credentials in your own CI.

### Which tools does the studio include?

GitHub, Slack, Linear, Notion, and Telegram.

### How do I start the studio?

Join the waitlist, name the studio, and set the release goal. The ready prompts and skills are on the team.
