# Executive assistant

> Coming soon. The Executive assistant keeps your week on your goals with a daily brief, inbox triage, meeting prep, and recaps, with every send and event behind Approve.

Status: Coming soon

> [!SOON]
> The Executive assistant is Coming soon. This page describes what it will do when it opens, so you can plan ahead. Today the [Coder](/docs/personas/coder) is the one available persona.

The Executive assistant is the assistant that keeps your week pointed at your goals. It turns the goals you set as CEO into this week's plan, tells you each morning what matters today, sorts your inbox, gets you ready for meetings, and makes sure the action items from every call land with someone. In chat, address it as "Executive assistant," or `@ea`.

## What it will do

- Turn your goals into this week's plan, and track them in Notion, Asana, or monday.com.
- Write a daily brief: today's meetings, mail that needs you, follow-ups that are due, and the one step that moves a goal today.
- Triage your inbox and draft the replies.
- Find meeting time across time zones and propose slots.
- Prep you for a meeting: who is coming, why it matters, and the decision to get.
- Turn a Fireflies transcript into a recap, decisions, and action items with owners.
- Run a weekly review against your goals.
- Build a travel checklist for a trip.
- Hand work to the right assistant with a short brief.

## Skills

| Skill | What it will do, in plain words |
| --- | --- |
| Goals week plan | The first win. Turns your goals into this week's plan, with the next steps per goal, time on the calendar for them, and what to drop or hand off. |
| Daily brief | Writes your morning brief: today's meetings, mail that needs a reply, follow-ups that are due, and the one step that moves a goal today. |
| Inbox triage | Sorts your inbox into reply now, delegate, read later, and archive, with a reason and a next step for each mail. |
| Meeting prep | Gets you ready for a meeting: who is coming, why it matters, your last conversation, open items, and the decision to get. |
| Meeting follow-up | Turns a meeting's Fireflies transcript into a recap, decisions, and action items with an owner and a date, then drafts the follow-up mail. |
| Find meeting time | Finds free time on your calendar and proposes three slots, each shown in every attendee's time zone. |
| Weekly review | Opens with progress against each goal, then what got done, what slipped, open follow-ups, and next week's top steps. |
| Travel checklist | Lists documents, bookings still to make, a day-by-day plan from your calendar, time zone changes, and what to hand off while you are away. |
| Delegate to an assistant | Writes a short brief that hands a piece of work to the right assistant, with the goal, context, deadline, and what done looks like. |

More skills arrive from StellarFirm's skill library without an app update, such as a goal breakdown, a quarterly goals check-in, a focus time plan, a calendar audit, board meeting prep, an investor update draft, a decision log, a follow-up tracker, and a vacation handover. The skills above stay available even when the library cannot be reached.

## Prompts for when it opens

```
Executive assistant, give me today's brief: my meetings, the mail that needs me, follow-ups that are due, and the one step that moves a goal today.
```

```prompt title="Triage the inbox"
Executive assistant, go through my inbox from the last two days. Sort it into reply now, delegate, read later, and archive, and draft the replies for the ones that need me. Do not send anything.
```

```prompt title="Find a meeting time"
Executive assistant, find three slots next week for a 45-minute call with [person] in [time zone]. Show each slot in both time zones and do not send an invite yet.
```

Executive assistant, prep me for my meeting with [person] on [date]. Who are they, what did we last talk about, what is still open, and what decision should I get?
```
Executive assistant, read the Fireflies transcript of [meeting]. Give me a short recap, the decisions, and the action items with owners and dates, and draft the follow-up mail.
Executive assistant, run my weekly review. Start with progress on each goal, then what got done, what slipped, and the top steps for next week.
```

```prompt title="Hand work to the team"
Executive assistant, [task] needs doing by [date]. Pick the right assistant and write it a short brief with the goal, the context, and what done looks like.
```

## What it never does

> [!IMPORTANT]
> Every write waits for your Approve. The Executive assistant does not send an email, create or change a calendar event, save a file to Drive, or change a task until you say so. Drafts and proposed slots are shown to you first.

It never books, pays, or registers anything, and it never accepts or declines an invitation for you. A travel checklist lists what to book; you do the booking.
