# Smartsheet

> Let your assistants search and read your Smartsheet sheets and reports. Read only from chat, through Smartsheet's own hosted connector. Coming soon.

Smartsheet holds plans, trackers, and checklists. Once you connect it, your assistants can read the sheets your team already keeps, such as the month-end close or the contract tracker.

Neither of these personas is open yet. The Coder is the only persona available today, and it does not list Smartsheet.

## What assistants can do

Smartsheet connects through the tool's own hosted connector. From chat it only reads.

## Setup (when it opens)

1. In Smartsheet, open Account, then Personal settings, then the access token page, and generate a token. It needs a Business plan or higher.
2. Open [Integrations](https://stellarfirm.ai/app/integrations) in StellarFirm.
3. Pick Smartsheet.
4. Paste the token, switch on the live option, and press Connect.
5. If your Smartsheet account is hosted in Europe, set the connector's address to the European one in Smartsheet's own setup guide.

## Permissions

- A Smartsheet token carries the rights of the person who made it, so make it from an account that sees only the sheets you want to share.
- Nothing here waits for an Approve because nothing here changes data from chat.
- Revoke the token in Smartsheet whenever you want to cut access.
