# Lofty

> Let Sales and Marketing read your real estate leads, their calls, texts, and emails, tasks, transactions, and listings in Lofty. Read only. Coming soon.

Lofty, formerly Chime, is a CRM for real estate teams and brokerages. Once you connect it, Sales can read your leads and everything they said, and Marketing can read your listings to write about them.

## What assistants can do

Lofty connects through the tool's own hosted connector, and it is read only.

## Setup (when it opens)

1. In Lofty, open **Settings**, then **Integrations**, then **API**. Accept the agreement and create a key. It acts with your own Lofty permissions.
2. Open [Integrations](https://stellarfirm.ai/app/integrations) in StellarFirm and pick Lofty.
3. Paste the key, switch on the live option, and press Connect.

## Permissions

- Nothing here waits for an Approve because nothing here changes data. A reply Sales drafts goes out from your mailbox, and only after your Approve.
- Revoke the key in Lofty whenever you want to cut access.
