# Airtable

Many companies keep their contract register, vendor list, or month-end tracker in Airtable. Once you connect it, your assistants can search those bases and read the records you share.

Neither of these personas is open yet. The Coder is the only persona available today, and it does not list Airtable.

## What assistants can do

Airtable connects through the tool's own hosted connector, and it is read only.

## Setup (when it opens)

1. Create a personal access token in Airtable's developer hub.
2. Give it the read scopes only, and add only the bases the assistants may read.
3. Open [Integrations](https://stellarfirm.ai/app/integrations) in StellarFirm.
4. Pick Airtable.
5. Paste the token, switch on the live option, and press Connect.

## Permissions

- The assistants read only the bases you added to the token.
- Nothing here waits for an Approve because nothing here changes data.
- Revoke the token in Airtable whenever you want to cut access.
