# Your next space, planned room by room

> A design studio where the Coder draws a concept floor plan and its area schedule from your brief, and Marketing lays out mood boards and writes the room by room brief. Concept drawings, checked by a licensed architect before anything is built.

You lead the design, so you're the CEO. StellarFirm gives you AI Agents, Agentic Assistants for your work. From your brief and the sizes you give, the Coder draws a floor plan as a scalable page with a scale bar and labelled rooms, and works out the area schedule and the room list. Marketing lays out a mood board for each room, writes the design brief with palette and materials, and keeps the finishes and furniture as a table. These are concept drawings, not construction drawings, and a licensed architect checks anything built from them. You give the final go.

## How it works

1. **Set a goal.** You say what done looks like: a ticket, a client, a deadline, or a draft.

### Are these construction drawings?

No. The floor plan is a concept drawing made from the sizes you give, shown as a scalable page. A licensed architect checks anything that gets built, and the assistants never say a design meets a building code or a planning rule.

### Does it make a 3D model of the building?

No. It draws a floor plan as a page and writes the schedule and the brief. There is no 3D model of a building yet.

### Does it make pictures of a room?

Where picture making is on for your account, Marketing makes concept pictures for a room. They are concepts, not renders of an exact product or of a room that was measured.

### Can I take a board into Canva?

Where sending to Canva is on for your account, you can send a picture an assistant made to your own Canva and finish it there.

### How do I start?
