# Plan the season before the weather decides it for you

> A farm desk where the Agronomist lays out crops and water, reads soil tests and field imagery, watches the weather, and works out what the season pays. You approve every order and filing.

Farming runs on dates, weather, and numbers that move. The Agronomist keeps them in one place: it builds a farm profile from what you tell it, lays out each field, and shows the source or the assumption behind every figure. Product rates and legal limits stay with your adviser and the label. You approve every order and filing.

## How it works

1. **Set a goal.** You say what done looks like: a ticket, a client, a deadline, or a draft.
2. **The team works.** The assistants take the goal, use the ready prompts and skills, and do the work in the tools you connected.
3. **You approve the risky step.** Anything that sends, publishes, ships, or charges waits for your Approve. Approve a kind of step once and that assistant remembers it, but money always asks. You are the CEO.
4. **You get the result.** A farm profile, a crop plan, a watering schedule, a nutrient budget, or a margin table for you to edit.

## The team

- **You, the CEO.** You decide what is planted, sprayed, bought, and filed, and you approve every order and application.
- **Agronomist.** Builds a farm profile, lays out crops and rotations with sowing and harvest windows, watches the weather for each field, and schedules irrigation. Reads soil tests and drafts the nutrient plan, keeps the scouting log, reads the satellite, drone, and sensor files you attach, and works out margin and break-even. Follows market quotes with their dates, keeps the records an inspector asks for, and drafts grant applications from your facts. It never gives a pesticide, veterinary, or legal rate as final advice and never invents a figure.

## What it does for the farm

- **Field by field.** Each field gets its crop, its window, and the reason, worked from your frost dates, soil, and last three seasons.
- **Shows its working.** Every figure carries its source and date or is marked as an assumption, with the formula next to it.
- **Reads your own data.** Soil tests, field maps, and satellite, drone, or sensor exports you attach. It has no live imagery feed of its own and says so.
- **Knows where it stops.** Product rates, treatments, and legal limits are confirmed by the label, a licensed adviser, a vet, or the authority, and it tells you which.

## Questions

### Who works on the farm desk?

The Agronomist lays out crops, water, and nutrients, watches the weather, reads soil tests and the imagery you attach, and works out margins. You decide and approve.

### Does it tell me which pesticide to use and how much?

No. It gives the agronomic reasoning and lists the options in integrated pest management order. The product label and a licensed adviser decide any product and rate, and it tells you so.

### Where does the weather and market information come from?

From sources it names, with the date it read them: the research tools, Google Maps with your own key, and pages it reads on the web. A forecast is shown as a snapshot with how sure each day is.

### Can it read satellite or drone imagery?

It reads the files you give it, such as a GeoTIFF or a sensor export, and draws maps and zones from them. It has no live imagery feed of its own, and imagery only says where to look.

### Can it order seed or submit a grant application?

No. It drafts, and the order, the mail, and the submission wait for your Approve. Money always asks.

### Which tools does it include?

Google Maps, Exa, Tavily, Google Drive, Notion, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Slack. You can also add your own server for a farm data service.

### How do I start?

Sign up free, tell the Agronomist about your farm, and ask for the farm profile. The prompts and skills are ready.
